This is so true, I believe whomsoever you read, you acquire their style of writing in a micro amount. Then, when you start writing yourself, its the cumulative style of all the authors you have read. It's not something which is innate, rather it is acquired with time. The "uniqueness" is actually the hardwork we put to select and know what we really like!
